Coast Mountain Hydro Corp. at the time had an interest in developing a Hydroelectric run-of-river project in the Iskut region and as a result the two company's worked together to produce an agreement, the details of which are outlined below.
- Skyline made available to Coast Mountain all of its proprietary data on the Iskut Hydro project including financial, technical and environmental information.
- Skyline assigned Skyline's interest in the Application to Coast Mountain. Additional government license application fees would be to the account of Coast Mountain
- Coast Mountain guaranteed to Skyline the right of access to the transmission power line to supply any potential future power needs of Skyline on the condition that such access is technically feasible.
- Coast Mountain and Skyline each have the right to re-assign their interest in the Application and in the Iskut River Hydro project.
